About Serene Path Therapy

I began my career as a school psychologist in 1992. My passion is collaborating with a team to build school wide systems and services to address prevention and early intervention. My experience has  allowed me to work with amazing students, educators, parents, and community agencies. It was very rewarding working with individual students and their families; watching them grow, face their challenges, and meet their individual goals.

After ten years I enrolled in Alfred University to pursue my doctorate. This led to a collaboration with Alfred University to provide family-based mental health services in rural areas. For five years, I supervised Alfred University graduate students and together, we were able to offer family-based mental health services, in the evening, to children and their families.
Milestone Psychiatric and Psychological Services

______________

In 2008, Dr. Raja Rao, a local psychiatrist, asked me to join his practice, Milestone Psychiatric and Psychological Services. His goal was to offer therapy services for his adult patients.

Dr. Rao closed his practice in 2014. I continued to see clients in my own practice; however, I was no longer able to bill insurances.
